This project includes installing 48-inch diameter District supplied HDPE pipe in existing 54-inch diameter corrugated metal pipes, including removing concrete debris and placing concreted rock slope protection at the inlets and outlets and other related work. This work is located on the Solano Irrigation District Dally Lateral D-1-C spill crossing under Hay Road, Solano County known as the Noonan Drain.
